Sun(?)flower

Quiet day, woken up as hubby going off to work - eyes didn't want to wake up so had a little snooze before eventually getting up. Bit of a headache and not feeling that I was functioning on all cylinders! Off to visit mum as usual, she is fine, no after effects from her brief trip to A&E last week. Then my last regular routine of a trip to WW. This group is full of positivity and support on our good times as well as bad times.

Return home in time for my hairdresser visit, such a tonic having a bit if pampering. Then lunch and an opportunity for feet up (and catch up on Doctors).

Had plans for this afternoon, but ended up resting instead. Back to work tomorrow ...
