...the Silver Jubilee....

Continuing my Queen Elizabeth II theme - the coin my dad bought me in 1977 for the Silver Jubilee. It was a great year - the village I lived in as a child decided to organise their first carnival, the whole school got involved in some way or other. And I seem to remember going to Cannon Hall near Barnsley to get a distant glimpse of the lady herself.
