Why Inverness needs an expensive bypass (not)

This is in the city centre at 16:30. No tricks. They are going to build a new road and new bridges over both the river and the canal to combat this 'gridlock.' Judge for yourselves.

My second offering is entitled 'reflections of the canal.' Were these rocks positioned here by Thomas Telford's workforce? Maybe a later addition.
