The Lesser Spotted Caley Cruiser

The Caley Cruiser has a ubiquitous presence on the great Caledonian Canal during the months of summer. But with autumn fast approaching, she must come in to breed. She spends the latter half of the year in the home pens, but will emerge again in the spring with her young. New cruisers will be gently released in May or June, while older models, finding themselves surplus to requirements, will languish in the marina, looking a bit lost.

But this - Is the cycle of life.
