Back to normal this week which means work, school and the after school club runs which I really don't miss in the school holidays.
My children pointed out yesterday that I don't make cakes like I used to so I whipped up a quick pineapple cake for dessert which is going down very well!
I'd forgotten how therapeutic baking can be so will endevour to make this a regular event in my household again.
