Another hurdle jumped today with a visit for an eye test. It's taken me 4 years but finally I did it! The thought of sitting in the chair, trapped in behind an eye test machine in a little dark room was just too much but today after spending an hour there it didn't feel so bad. (As I'm reading this back I'm thinking that I sound as mad as a hatter)
I can't always make sense of why I find certain things difficult and I find it terribly frustrating thinking that just a few years ago I didn't. However, I try not to dwell but instead look to tomorrow and find my next hurdle to jump.
