Incision

I had an early start and had to be up at the hospital by 9am for a small operation on my lower-leg. I was expecting a small room, not a full blown operating theatre and the aesthetic hurt much more than I'd been anticipating. It was over pretty quickly, and the ward was lovely and quiet. I spent the afternoon over at Mum's under blankets and hobbling about.
