I've blipped this wee yella fella before - but since Mr S received a DVD of the movie for father's day - there's been a renewed interest in all things yellow in our house!

If you have a 5 year old out there in BlipLand - buy them a copy. She laughed herself hoarse - and the songs were soo catchy she was singing them in bed later. No 1 was quietly impressed with the animation (she's very arty ! ).

I didn't like the movie as a child - found the Blue Meanies scarey (I don't like Monty Python either). but No 3 loved the cheesey jokes ( 'Teeney Weeny Meanies'...and...'there's a hole in my pocket').

It's lovely to see the Fab Four appeal to a new generation.
