One for the ladies....
Down to Oxford again for a further Physio assessment. There was good news & bad news. The scans were available to view but no-one to interpret them..so hopefully hear something by email. My driver did well again and we were there in 40 minutes. Managed to have a little chat with Dr Nicola who gave me some reassuring news.
On the way home we diverted at Thame & called in to see Julie very quickly as by then I was feeling quite rough again. She gets married to Matt on Saturday & we just wanted to deliver our gift rather than posting it...I know that they will be very happy together so lots of love to you both & I'm so sorry we can't be there..
Home now and sitting comfortably - a WWII Hurricane just overflew the house - I managed to see it but no time to take a shot.
The picture shows some clever chaps who carve wooden items with chain saws & axes and they have been parked up on Thame Bypass for almost a week. I've tried each time to get a shot but today we had to stop at the roundabout & the feller on the right posed for his shot.....
Its a bright sunny day but I think i will have to retire to the sofa again as is the norm.
Today in 1515 Thomas Wolsey is invested as a Cardinal and in 1967 the people of Gibraltar vote to remain under British Dependency as opposed to becoming a part of Spain.
