At the creek

This was my fishing spot today, a little walk from the house to the creek. I did catch another trout..my hubby had moved further down the creek so I had nothing to put the fish in so I took a stick and ran it through the gills to carry it to where he was with the fishing gear.   That little cheapo reel would not wind up properly so I pulled that flopping fish up and slung it on the bank in the dirt.  I should just use a cane pole the way I was taught!
