A refreshing image for a frustrating day
I had a day off, but just the one day off after working for six days in a row. I had a long lie in but I was still feeling tired. Nevertheless, I decided to do something productive with my day. However, one day was not enough to do all the things I wanted to do and I was feeling a bit indecisive. Finally, a bit too late maybe, I decided to take my bike and go for a wander.
My idea was to go to South Queensferry but, as I left the flat too late, I only made it half-way through. The trip was worth though, even if I felt a bit rusty as I hadn't taken my bike out for more than a year!!!
Back home I still had time to do my shopping and a washing. No more!
The idea was to process the photos, do my blip and just relax after that. Well... first of all, I somehow managed to smash the screen on my mobile phone and the touch screen stopped working, which meant I couldn't unlock my phone. If I can't unlock my phone I can't do anything. Contacted Vodafone, see if they could help me. That took a while... and then my new computer stopped working too! Grrrr!
Thank god my old computer is still working, although a bit on the slow side.... 12.00 at night and I hadn't finished processing the photos yet. This is why I'm blipping in the morning. Yes, getting back from my break with a backblip. What a life!
I think I'll start again on Monday, once all my technical issues have been resolved, as I'll be working this weekend and I don't want to get too stressed.
It was a difficult decision because I liked many of the photos I took. You'll see a couple more in my extras.
Thanks very much for all your lovely comments, stars and hearts on my fireworks shot. Normal service will resume on Monday. I hope you all had a good day and enjoy your weekend! :)
