Red-tailed hawk waiting on the line

I just spent an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, waiting to rebook a canceled flight. The first option was to take a flight heading west for my destination eastward, which would have put me at said destination the next day! Option two was to forget about my flight and get a refund. I settled for option three which was to take my original flight a day later.
The good news is that my destination is Florida in January!
