One in a million...

a really lovely balmy day full of sunshine and this umbellifer looks to be enjoying the dying embers of summer.  We went from one extreme to another today on our walk.. first meeting a sausage dog who as a family would be known as Schnitzel Von Crumb (with a very low tum...) who had a good romp with Flossie until we tore them apart to go our own ways... then two fields further on we met a Swissy (Swiss Mountain Dog) who is built like a mountain and bowled Flossie over in the stubble field.  They ended up respecting each other and both totally out of breath.. well excercised.. the Swissy is only about 9 months old and belongs to a friend of mine.. she is beautiful and we all enjoyed our walk together
