Flutterby

The boys went to the doggy hotel this morning, Alan sold his Vespa and I've spent the day washing and packing.  We spotted this butterfly who was happily sunning itself, and fortunately waited for me to take some close ups before it flew off.

I'm now making a stir fry and we've got a 2005 bottle of champagne to open tonight as it's our 10th wedding anniversary next week - hence the trip to Cannes!  We fly about 7am tomorrow morning so it won't be a late night for us, and I can't wait after the last few weeks.  It'll be a nice recuperation break before the chemo starts.

Anyway, I'll raise a glass to you all, and hope you're having a good weekend!
