Catching the Morning Sun

I heard that this afternoon the cloud would come in and there could be a shower or two. The cloud did come in but I haven't see an rain yet.
Because of that I headed of to the gardens just before lunch and had a good walk around.

It was lovely and sunny but breeze was really cold. I wasn't sure what to put up today ... at first I was going to do a collage. Then I was going to use the cute shot of the woman holding toy to try and get the little child to smile. You can see those shots in the first and second extras.

In the end I decided on the one with the Monarch butterfly. I was pleased to turned out Ok as the butterfly was really high up on the blossom. There were a few Monarch butterflies enjoying the blossoms and the daffodils in the gardens today.

In my last extra shot you can see people have a wonderful time on the Avon in the Punts and canoes. You can also see people enjoying picnics along the banks of the river, amongst the daffodils.

There were lots of daises in the grass and the song that came to me was 'Daisy Bell' and I just couldn't get it out of my head every time a saw some daisies.

"Daisy Bell (Bicycle Built for Two)" is a popular song, written in 1892 by  Harry Dacre, with the well-known chorus "Daisy, Daisy / Give me your answer, do. / I'm half crazy / all for the love of you", ending with the words "a bicycle built for two".

Here are the lyrics
Daisy, Daisy give me your answer do.
I'm half crazy all for the love of you.
It won't be a stylish marriage,
I can't afford a carriage.
But you'll look sweet,
Upon the seat,
Of a bicycle made for two.

Michael, Michael, here is your answer true.
I'm not crazy all for the love of you.
There won't be any marriage,
if you can't afford a carriage.
'Cause I'll be switched,
if I get hitched,
on a bicycle built for two!'.
