Back blip

The day started very wet, however the sun managed to fight it's way through the clouds mid morning but the wind was very strong, which meant that most of the vintage planes were grounded. A small number of colourful light aircraft flew in despite the wind, so I managed to get a blip :-)
The weather stayed fine but still windy for the village show and I was pleased to get a place in each photography class I entered ( a 1st, 2nd, two 3rds and a Highly Commended).
I ran out of steam and decided not to walk up to the second evening of balloon flying, thinking that it would be much too windy but it became unexpectedly still around dusk and a few balloons did go up but I missed them...........oh well, there's always next year ;-)))
