Friday Brunch

Brunch is a iconic event in Dubai. This one was at Traiteur, in the Park Hyatt. An all you can eat, whilst quaffing champagne (Veuve) extravaganza. Although the roast suckling pig and the outside barbecue station weren't very unusual, inside the food was cooked to order (primarily) as the customers wandered around the fully working (and rather small) open kitchen. I'm sure that it wouldn't be allowed in Uk on Health & Safety grounds! Lots of floaty dresses near open flames!

The food was excellent, and so was the champagne... but the service wasn't that good, especially in the last hour.
