Quail Island cave

A Wednesday paddle! I finally made it - after about 6 months of scarcely paddling at all, I've finally made it out with the Wednesday morning paddlers. What a feeling of accomplishment too. The shoulder/arm injury hasn't played up yet! 
One of our paddlers has been right into the cave here, looking at the amazing light and markings on the ceiling of the cave. I'm putting one in Extra, of a group of shags eyeing up the kayakers as they paddled past.
