This one in the apartment was a bit different from what we are used to. Instead of the usual fan there is actual water in that bit at the front. Gives it a different sensation.

Dumbbell thrusters while the other rows 400m. Swap.
Dumbbell deadlifts while the other rows 400m. Swap.
Max plank hold while the other rows 400m. Swap.
A good one but a toughie!
Glad to get back to our early morning gym routine. It really does perk me up for the rest of the day!
