Way 79

Along St George Terrace there are these plaques which marks the state's 150th year of European settlement. These were installed in 1979 (hence the name Way 79) so there are plaques starting from 1829. There have been more added since 1979 so it now goes up to 1999. I quite looking at the names and wondering who they were. I always forget by the time I get home to check though!

We have also set ourselves up for a fun few events in the coming months. Yesterday we bought tickets for Robbie Williams at the Perth Arena in October. Today, thanks to an early birthday surprise for me from Jen's mum, we got tickets for AC/DC at the Domain Stadium at the end of November! Can't wait!
