Wet Wednesday

It was my Dad's birthday today, and he and my Mum met for lunch in the town where I work, which was nice. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, the remnants of the tropical storm over the pond. It was too wet to go out and take photos for most of the day. Finally around 7pm I managed to get a break in the rain to get into the garden. I settled for this shot of the fuchsias.

I must say a huge thank you to everyone that commented and gave stars on my Battle of Britain blip yesterday, I was really disappointed with the photo, but all your comments really made me feel better about it.
