It's too easy to forget how lucky we've been.

When ever I make the big choices you have to make in life every now and then (so far they've only dealt with family versus work and we've been very lucky, I know...), I ask myself what would a seventy-five-year-old-me-from-the-future tell me to choose. Usually it helps to put things into a perspective.
