Abstract Thursday: Wind Spinner

I was sitting out on the deck drinking coffee this morning and thinking about what to use as a "base" for my abstract when I saw this spinner rotating in the wind.  I was going to use the photo straight from the camera (see extra) but I couldn't resist playing with it in Photoshop Elements.  So here's my wind spinner slightly blurred and swirled and with a "neon glow".  Thanks to youoregon1 for continuing to host this fun challenge!
