Spring

This is one of many springs and rivulets which feed the stream through the village. It is claimed that this one has never run dry and given the weather we've been enjoying recently it isn't going to run dry any time soon.

I took this during my walk to the village and back. I managed to dodge the rain but we've just had a very big thunder storm and a torrential downpour so I'm not going out again tonight. I broke 5k steps in a day yesterday - first time with me Fitbit though I've certainly walked further when I was younger and fitter than a racing snake. I might have to run up and down stairs a few times to reach that today but I'm not far off.
