Cawdor Castle

Beautiful morning and a bit frustrating as we waited in for the 'hedge man' to come back as he said he was returning today at 11 am but by 11.30am he still was here so we left.
If we had gone out early we would have missed a new visitor to the garden a tiny weasel. Just caught a glimpse of it as it went between the pots. The scoutcam is out so hopefully it will return.
We went over to Cawdor Castle as we wanted to see Cawdor Chronicles and it was the Living Food fair too. Still lovely and sunny and lots of people but CC were easy to find right next to the entrance. Had a quick catch up and then we looked round the stalls full of tasty offerings and a few crafts. We bought a little red squirrel made in Cawdor and a burger :)
The flowers in the garden have nearly finished with Autumn colours still showing . Quite a few peacock butterflies and a dragonfly around. The bird feeders were also busy.
We then went for a walk on Nairn East Beach. It had clouded over so not so hot. We spotted two balloons flying over head, a 6 and a 0 , must have been someones birthday.
