Help me! (aka The Shortest Day)

Took my new macro lens to work today thinking I'd have a go without the tripod and get up close and personal with my fav subject matter, flowers.

This beastie was just there and so I had to take his photo. I don't like flies BUT I was pleased with the photo!

I also liked this camellia.

It's the Shortest Day here today so onwards and upwards to Spring folks!
