Tyntesfield
Tyntesfield is a remarkable house and Victorian gothic chapel near Bristol that was acquired by the National Trust in 2002, unusually, the house was acquired with all of its contents intact, though arranged and divided into lots by Christies Auction House. For the last ten years the house has been the subject of a massive (and ongoing) conservation effort, as well as trying to put all of the objects back into their rooms of origin.
This bedroom contains a jumble of items still laid out as Christies placed them for sale.
