Gin night!

A wee night out with the girls for a gin tasting at a local restaurant.
Lots of gins and very enthusiastic hosting but didn't quite hit the spot for us....,we were happy to try the gins neat and try to guess the botanicals but then the insistence that they be drunk with only water added so we could savour the taste made for a lot of gin being wasted....a sneaky trip to the bar to purchase tonics for the last two made a huge difference.

We have discovered we are very much traditional in our gin tastes and we need lots of tonic and ice to enjoy, lol!
