Sunday

If yesterday was all about the spirit, then today was definitely all about the body. 

Next Sunday is an all ladies bike ride called the Cheshire Cycletta. Six of us including Kelly and my sister are going to be taking part. We're cycling 50km, setting off from Tatton Park and wending our way along the leafy lanes of Cheshire. Kelly and I did a training ride this morning which included cycling up from Willen Lake to the top of Campbell Park.

This was the only photograph I took today. The view from the very top of MK where we stopped to breathe!

Igor just reminded me that this sculpture is called "Chain Reaction". Very fitting for two girlies to be looking down on it whilst sitting on our bikes!!
