Back to Basics

This is Tony. He had 172 flying rats racing pigeons with him which were having a practice run. I am sure they are really lovely birds. He says they are doing quite well and can fly distances of up to 1000km. I didn't ask him whether he knew all their names or whether indeed they did have names. After being let out of their cages they circled until they were all together in one flock and then within a few minutes he told me they were heading for home near Mt Sugarloaf. This was at Strezlecki lookout this morning.

Back to basics because I am on my old D200 and having to relearn how to use it and it's little quirks. I hope Nikon doesn't keep my other for too long.
