PORTLAND BILL LIGHTHOUSE

After a hearty breakfast we drove to the tip of Portland Bill and walked around the fields. There were lots of small birds flying around. We moved on to Chesil beach where we sat on huge chunks of Portland stone to eat our packed lunches. From there  we walked to Ferry bridge to see what waders were about. We finished the day at Radipole lake.

The day ended with a delicious evening meal and sharing stories of previous trips.
A great day and the sun shone from early to late!
