Richmond Half - Finishers

Adam super super quick as ever under 1:30.  I was just glad to get round having concentrated on the bike till the start of August then two weeks walking in the hills I felt very under trained in running. So Brian and I ran slowly and chatted our way round. Oddly when I checked my time it was quicker than the Brighton half earlier in the year...
