Night Brew

Harvested some of the Houblons to make a green hopped beer. I only used our hops for the aroma hops and used 175g of fuggle and the same of East Kent Goldings. That's quite a lot.

Unfortunately brewing did not go to plan. Part way through the boil, the boiler stopped completely. After much scratching of head, emptying of hot wort and turning it upside down to take it appart I worked out how to bypass the flux capacitor and get it working to salvage the brew. Unfortunately it took so long it was well dark by the time it was all finished. It's been looked after by the now repaired brew
