Kohlheck & Dotzheim

Kohlheck (upper part of the Blip) is one of the very des res areas of Wiesbaden.  We don't live there. 

Right in the middle of this you can see an example of very special 1970s architecture - a concrete church.  You can only see the tower which is known locally as "die Seelenabschußrampe".  I think I can translate that as the "launching pad for souls".

The buildings at the bottom are part of Dotzheim which isn't quite so posh.  We don't live there either.

The hot topic today was Volkswagen and the untenable position of Herr Winterkorn.  And your cultural diffference for today, we don't say "Vee-Double U" here, it's Fow (to rhyme with Pow) Vay.
