Wednesday: Underpass

I did force myself out for a walk at lunchtime today, on the basis that there could always be a reason not to go.  At some point you have to decide to grab just a few minutes for yourself, no matter how busy things are.  I am glad I did, there was a lovely autumnal sunshine feel in the air.

It's National Work Life Balance Week this week and we were supposed to encourage everyone to go home on time today.  I managed to do the encouraging part but didn't manage the execution part myself.......
