The Two Nicest People Live Here!

Dear Diary,

A wonderful overnight with DDW and Mr. W.  Their home in Connecticut is absolutely beautiful and they are the most gracious and welcoming hosts.  The weather continues to be sublime and DDW took me on a little tour of her area.  Such lovely landscapes and farms.

A very long ride back to Maine.  The traffic was horrible but I finally made it early in the evening and Emerson was so glad to see me!  I missed the little guy too!  Now comes the unpacking, laundry, etc. But I have much to mull over the next few days and another family name to research.  What a wonderful trip it was and it ended on a high note because of the two nicest people who live in this house!
