On the coastal plain today as wet and dull inland

But hopefully tomorrow will be better!  ah well the above view is from just a moment ago as I have to drive to a high point in view of the cell phone mast near Whitehaven to have any chance at all of loading an image, but I think you can see what the weather is like over the mountains, and you can bet it is even worse down by the lakes.
The second image is from the Moors Road  that  runs from Ennerdale  Bridge to Calder , and is of course of Sellafield, a blight on the landscape if ever there was one, but hopefully looking it's best in these lighting conditions
