Longest, and Wettest Day of the Year

A view from inside my car, of the sunroof. It is the longest day of the year and it is pouring. No walk for me tonight. I have the stove on in the house all day because the temperature was only 8 degrees this morning.

And just to ensure that rain and wet was to be a feature of my day today, I discovered this morning that I had left this same sunroof fully open all night! The seats were like soaked sponges, there were puddles on the car mats and around the handbrake, bits of overhanging trees and a little present from a bird to top it all off.

Only in flippin' Ireland. Happy Summer Soltice people:)
