Fountains Abbey

Decided to return to Fountains Abbey for today's Park Run. It was a cool rather grey morning but good running conditions.

Now building up for the rugby tonight. My sons friend from junior and colts rugby days Tom Francis will play prop for Wales. I have enjoyed watching him develop his rugby skills and I wish him all the best but hope England can win the day.

Question is can I withstand the pressure of watching?
