Claimed

I got home from work, dropped my merino scarf on the bed and it was, well, claimed.

It took the fur child about 10 seconds to suss out luxury and reach out from his spot in the sun and claim it.

Cheek!

I felt good much better today but kept off my bike and played things safe. I'll follow up with another early night.

I've been studying the mountain forecast. There could be a wee window of goodness on Sunday. My soul could do with a bit of mountain air - if I'm not coughing.

I'm proud of my efforts in the kitchen tonight. I've cooked my first ever wild duck. Delicious.
