Anchor

I thought I was hallucinating when I saw this as we drove home last night. The iconic anchor at the Fit o' the Walk.
Well, except it's just a plywood replica, with bits of paper attached inviting residents to make suggestions for the use of the space near the Queen Victoria statue.
It would be great to see the real thing return. I know a lot of Leithers were annoyed when it was removed and replaced by the blue pointy thing...

Off to the football, as usual; good to catch up with Wee Mike and Parsfan. The match itself was a bit frustrating...
