Lying down on the job

Hot again today, too hot really for working in the garden, but work in the garden we did, clearing beds, weed killing, and so on.  Too tired to go for a walk or even for a drive afterwards!  The neighbour's cat seemed too lazy to do much of anything either, she is lying on the gravel because I banished her from sleeping on my discarded sweatshirt.
