Sundown

After a bit of report writing this morning, we continued with our autumn garden clean up and then went on to wood stacking (see extra pic), which consisted of barrowing some of last year's cut-down chestnut tree up to the wood store.  Tiring, but rewarding.  A little shopping, a little cooking (just Bolognese) and a little wine finished off the day.  As I was walking past this upstairs window, I noticed the lowering sun catching the bell tower of the church.
