Mr. Snuffles

At 9pm this evening our badger arrived at the patio door looking for food.   I'll admit I hadn't put anything out for it yet so went to get it some unsalted peanuts from the shed.  As I returned to the patio it scurried off - typical! So I went back inside to get the camera and sat on the patio lounger  with a coffee and waited.

Not even 10 minutes later it returned.  It made the most wonderful snuffling noises as it sniffed out the peanuts.  I kept still and only managed 2 shots before the shutter noise made it run off and boy oh boy can it run.

I'm now on a mission to get it used to me - watch this space.
