Coed Llandegla today, via a quick pit stop to buy a Coed Y Brenin T-shirt. (Thanks Phil)

Only enough time, and energy perhaps to fit in one route this time. The Red trail with some Black jumpy bits halfway round. They were great fun with quite a lot of north shore through the woods on the way back. Pretty sure we pedalled up more than down. That's what it felt like anyway.

Great facilities again, espresso and brownie for the road.

Only 4 hours of 80s music and I was back with my girls. Pretty sure A has grown about three inches.

Awesome weekend with some great company on stunning trails in the best Welsh scenery around.
