Coed Y Brenin cycle centre is apparently the oldest mountain bike trail centre in the UK. Loved the retro stumpjumper on display in the visitors centre.

Stunning scenery, great company and fantastic weather Meant we had a blast and covered about 30 plus miles on the "Dragons back" and "Minotaur" trails.

The visitors centre and facilities were probably the best I've seen and the Lamb burger was a perfect energy boost in between trails.

Rugby in the Ship at Dolgellau after a quick turn around at the YHA. We better not talk about that too much but at least the locals were happy!

A doner kebab to drown the sorrow.

A huge thanks to Phil who, amazing considering the search area, found my tooth that fell out somewhere on a stretch of fire road. It really was a needle in a haystack and I had literally given up when he spotted it in a path of toothlike gravel.
