Newcastle Central

Up and out for the 6.09 a.m. train from our village into Leeds then another train and taxi to the hospital in Newcastle. Treatment completed for Mr P and back home for 3.30 pm.
Brave man is in a bit of pain but on the whole not too bad.
Back again on Wednesday for the manipulation.

As you can see we were in the lovely station at Newcastle at half PAST twelve. Hope this fits the bill for this week's theme for Mono Monday!
