Back up plan

Nando's coat'n cook peri peri chicken, medium serves 3- 4, coat the chicken, cook the chicken Job done. So I coated my chicken, cooked my chicken (and on this occasson it was definitely cooked) but it wasn't job done, apparently it tastes nowt like nando's chicken and i have two ternagers who were both looking foward to Nando's peri peri chicken, medium, serves 3-4, coat the chicken, cook the chicken, they're still hungry and i had no back up plan!
