Ceibwr Bay

Today's the day ...................... to be brave

These spectacular cliffs are to be found in Ceibwr Bay, Pembrokeshire - about 7 kms west of Cardigan and 3 kms south of Cemaes Head.

This view is taken from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path (part of the Wales Coast Path) which runs along not far from the cliff edge in many places - and is not recommended for sufferers of vertigo.  Unfortunately, I am one of those - but I was too keen to see the incredibly folded geological structures revealed in the strata for it to prevent me from gingerly making my way along!

Also there were Atlantic grey seals to be seen  - including a pup, only a few days old - to make it even more worthwhile braving the dizzy heights .....................
