Quick Lunch

Snowy egret plucked a nice fish out of the salt marsh for his lunch this afternoon.
Snowball walked the fish out away from the water and over to some dried reeds in front of me. Birds like this will often take a fresh caught fish that may take them a couple minutes to get down, out and away from the water. The idea is that should the egret drop the fish, it can't swim away if it's not dropped back into water.
